For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant For Others permission to use my likeness, voice, image, and/or words in photo, video, audio, written, or testimonial form in any and all formats. This includes, but is not limited to, use in For Others' printed publications, digital communications, website, email campaigns, donor communications, social media platforms, and any other lawful promotional, educational, or informational materials. I understand and agree that any materials featuring my likeness, voice, or story will become the property of For Others and will not be returned. I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will receive no financial compensation. I hereby irrevocably and perpetually authorize For Others to edit, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute in whole or in part, with or without attribution, these materials for the purpose of promoting its mission or for any other related, lawful purpose. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written, electronic, or recorded content, in which my likeness or words appear. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of these materials. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge For Others, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf may have by reason of this authorization.
