During the 100 Families vision tour, we will connect with Arkansas leadership, discuss the model in action, and hear from those directly impacted by this solution. Come experience firsthand the impact of your investments to help vulnerable children and families.
Tiffany Farr graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Sociology; Duke University with an MA in Liberal Studies; and a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. She worked with the Arizona STEM Acceleration Project (ASAP) before joining For Others. She loves championing youth and believes John 17:3 can be embodied everywhere. She lives in Tennessee with her sassy and sweet chihuahua, Maria.
Heather Edwards serves as the Regional Coordinator for the 100 Families Initiative. Her interest in community collaboration and collective impact sparked during her former role as Executive Director of the Literacy Council of Western Arkansas. She holds a BA in Religion from Pepperdine University and an MA in English Studies from Minnesota State University.
Karen Phillips is the Associate Director of Restore Hope, where she works on all aspects of community development. Karen is a Certified Grant Management Specialist and a nationally certified Community Housing Development Organization Specialist with 23 years of experience. Previously, Karen fostered children and worked to reunite Arkansas families.
Jeff Piker came to Restore Hope from the Pastoral Team of Journey Church in Russellville, AR. In December 2021, he helped bring 100 Families to Pope County. Since then, they’ve expanded into their neighboring county and served over 300 families. They also built a Community Alliance of nearly 200 partners. Jeff and his wife, Nancy, enjoy adventures on their Harley and have four kids.
Kristi Putnam has over 25 years of experience in human services, early childhood services, education, workforce development, and health policy. Her resume includes innovations in Kentucky Medicaid, implementing Florida’s School Readiness system, and leadership in landmark child protection and foster care improvements across three states. She co-founded Connecting the Dots Policy Solutions and served as Chief People Officer for AppHarvest.
Tiffany Wright is the Director of the Arkansas Department of Human Services’ Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS). A seasoned leader with over a decade of experience, Wright oversees programs focused on child abuse prevention, foster care, family reunification, adoption, and child protection, leading a team of more than 1,000 employees across Arkansas. Since joining DCFS in 2009 as a family service worker, Wright has held multiple leadership roles, including Foster Care Program Manager, Foster Care and Adoption Program Administrator, and Assistant Director of Field Operations.

Janet Mann is the Secretary of Arkansas Department of Human Services. Janet brings over 20 years of experience, including roles as Chief Financial Officer and Division Director of Medical Services at DHS, and Deputy Administrator for Mississippi Medicaid. She also worked in the private sector consulting with multiple states’ Medicaid agencies.
Sarah Littleton is the Chief Technology Officer at Restore Hope. Sarah played a pivotal role in architecting Restore Hope’s 100 Families model while serving as a dedicated case manager for parents involved with the justice system. Since 2018, Sarah has spearheaded the development of the HopeHub system, now utilized by nearly 1,000 service providers in Arkansas and expanding into other states. She currently oversees the HopeHub System and Development Team during this period of growth.
With over 20 years in the non-profit space, Jared brings expert insight and innovation to For Others, shaping the organization’s identity and strategy. He developed the Well-Being Support Ecosystem, a groundbreaking plan aimed at ending the child welfare crisis within our lifetime. Jared’s strategic vision continues to guide For Others towards impactful partnerships and sustainable solutions.
Paul Chapman is the Director of Restore Hope, which helps communities achieve better outcomes for Justice and Child Welfare. He is also Executive Producer of the solutions-based media site Smart Justice. Paul and his wife, Lori, have five children, two through adoption.
